Affiliate Program Terms

1. Overview

Approved affiliates earn 20% of what their referred customers pay, every month those customers stay subscribed. The program is run by Flat Glass Pro ("we" or "us"). By joining, you agree to these terms.

2. Joining

Every affiliate is reviewed and approved by us before they can start.

• Apply through the affiliate signup page on our website.
• We may approve or decline any application for any reason.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to receive payouts through Stripe.
• You must accept these terms before you receive your referral link.

3. What you get

We want you to have what you need to be a successful affiliate.

• Your own Flat Glass Pro account is free for as long as you are an approved affiliate.
• You get priority support and training. Call or text us any time you have a question or want help.
• Free access and priority support end if you leave the program or are removed from it.

4. Referrals

You get a unique referral link. A referral counts when a new business creates its account through your link and becomes a paying customer. Customers who sign up through your link get 10% off their first paid month.

• Existing or past Flat Glass Pro users, including expired trials that come back, do not count
• Free or complimentary accounts do not count
• Your own business, or any account you own or control, does not count
• Customers who sign up without your link do not count. If a business you sent us signed up without it, for example in the mobile app, call or text us soon after and we will review it

If a customer has clicked more than one affiliate link, the link used when they create their account is the one that counts.

5. Commission

You earn 20% of what each referred customer actually pays, for every month they stay subscribed and you remain an approved affiliate.

• Commission is based on the amount paid after discounts and refunds, not including taxes.
• No commission is earned during a free trial or on failed or unpaid payments.
• Example: a customer pays $90 their first month (with the 10% discount), so you earn $18. Each month after that they pay $100, so you earn $20.

6. Payouts

We pay on the 1st of each month for commissions earned the month before, through Stripe.

• You must connect a payout account through Stripe. Commissions are held until your account is connected.
• Because new customers start with a 30 day free trial, your first payout usually arrives 1 to 2 months after a referral signs up.
• If a customer is refunded or disputes a charge after you were paid, that commission is deducted from your next payout.
• We may hold a payout while we look into suspected fraud or a broken rule.
• Stripe's payout fees come out of your payout. Right now that is $2.25 plus 0.25% of the payout, for each month you are paid.
• Example: you earned $58 in commissions, so Stripe's fee is $2.40 and your payout is $55.60.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. Stripe collects your tax information when you set up payouts. If your earnings in a calendar year reach the IRS reporting threshold ($2,000 for 2026), you will receive a 1099 form through Stripe.

8. Rules

Breaking these rules can get you removed from the program right away.

• Always disclose. When you promote Flat Glass Pro, tell people you earn a commission. This is required by the FTC.
• No self referrals. Do not use your own link for your own business or accounts you control.
• No spam. Do not send unwanted messages or bulk emails.
• Be honest. Do not make false or misleading claims about features, pricing, or results.
• Do not pose as us. Do not present yourself as Flat Glass Pro staff or an official partner unless we agree in writing.
• No paid search ads that bid on the name "Flat Glass Pro."
• Use our name and logo only to promote Flat Glass Pro, and do not change them.

9. Privacy

Your dashboard shows each referred customer's name, the date they joined, their plan and price, their status, and what you earned from them. You will not see their email, payment details, or business data. Keep this information private and do not share it with others.

10. Ending or changing the program

Either of us can end your participation at any time.

• We may remove any affiliate at any time, effective immediately.
• We may change or end the program with 30 days notice by email. This includes the commission rate and the discount referred customers receive. Changes apply to commissions earned after the notice period ends.
• Commissions you earned before your end date are paid on the next payout, unless you were removed for fraud or breaking these terms. In that case, unpaid commissions are forfeited.
• If Flat Glass Pro is sold, these terms may transfer to the new owner.

11. General

• You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Flat Glass Pro.
• Our total responsibility to you is limited to the commissions you are owed.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
