1. Introduction

Flat Glass Pro ("we", "us") operates flatglasspro.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use our services:

• Account information (email, password).
• Business profile data (business name, logo, phone, website).
• Customer data entered by users.
• Job and measurement data, including job photos and attachments you upload.
• Quotes and invoices, including the public links you choose to share with your customers.
• Schedule data (jobs, estimates, and reminders) when you connect a calendar.
• Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Flat Glass Pro service.
• Process payments and subscriptions.
• Send transactional emails, including quote notifications, invite links, and password resets.
• Send your schedule to a calendar you connect (see Calendar Connections below).
• Send your invoices to QuickBooks if you connect it.

4. Calendar Connections

You can choose to send your Flat Glass Pro schedule to your own calendar. This is optional and only you can turn it on for your account.

• Google Calendar: if you connect your Google account, we create a calendar named "Flat Glass Pro" in your Google account and keep it updated with your jobs, estimates, and reminders. We only write to that one calendar. We do not read, store, or display any of your other Google Calendar events, and we do not access any other Google data. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
• Apple Calendar and other apps: we give you a private link that your calendar app checks for updates. Anyone who has that link can view your schedule, so keep it private. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which turns the link off.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers and encrypted in transit. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate Flat Glass Pro. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Floot for hosting, data storage, and sending transactional emails.
• Google Maps and Places for address autocomplete, maps, and business lookups.
• Google Calendar only if you connect it (see Calendar Connections).
• Intuit QuickBooks Online only if you connect it, to sync your invoices.

7. Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
• If you created your account through an affiliate's referral link, that affiliate can see your business name (or account holder name), your signup date, and whether your account is on a trial, paying, or inactive. They never see your email, payment details, or business data.

8. Flat Glass Pro LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of informational messages.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (866) 435-9484. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP to (866) 435-9484 for more assistance, or you can get help at danial@flatglasspro.app.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

9. Your Rights
